After moving several times, I realized I need a vacation. These games were currently for sale months ago, but someone took the games from me when I moved out of his house. I just now got a hold of them again! For this raffle to work, there will need to be 65 people at $10 a piece. I could do $5 a piece but that just means I'd need more people 130... . If theres a lot of people wanting $5 though, I will switch.

(You are allowed to put in multiple tickets, no more than 5 please. (Give everyone a fair chance) Shipping is paid for by me, so don't worry about that. Even though the Sega Cd lot will weigh quite a bit. I got it covered if this is all achieved.

PRIZES:

1) Star Fox Competition Cart Snes - Mint
2) Ninja Gaiden Trilogy Snes - Factory Sealed
3) Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter
4) Lot of Ps1 Games - Gex Disc only, Frogger 2 Complete, Inspector Gadget Disc Only, Syphon Filter 2 Complete, Frogger Complete, MediEval Complete, Crash Bandicoot 1,2,3 Complete, Space Jam Complete, Mega Man X4 Complete
5) 2 Sega Cds Model 2, 1 Sega Genesis 2 system, 1 with cords, 1 without, + Sega Cd (complete), Sol-Feace Complete, Mortal Kombat Complete, Eternal Champions Complete, Prize Fighter Complete + 2 controllers.

Alright I'm throwing this idea out here. I want to do this but I need to gain interest first. I don't want to take everybody's money yet, if I'm not going to gather enough participants this would just end in refunds.

I will make a list from 1-65 on active people who are ready to participate(some may be from other forums.) When I get close enough to the goal of people needed to participate, I will start accepting payments right away. Once all payments are received, I will make a time the very next day with a live raffle drawing on justin.tv

I will show every participant on a piece of paper that will be thrown into a hat. I will have friend's here to help me do this raffle. I can record the whole raffle and upload it on youtube as well. If you can't make the Live streaming time on justin.tv

You are not allowed to get your money back if you don't want the prize on the raffle. Once your ticket win's a prize, it becomes thrown out of the hat.

Isn't this against DP site rules?

Not specifically outlawed (as, you know, the owner of the site is running one for CGE).

I'd do 1 ticket at $5, not $10 though.

I'm waiting to still see how much interest this picks up. I think there's been 5 people that want to do $5 and 2 would do $10. I have to pick one or the other though if I do this. If this is against the rules, then take it down. I also realized this was against another forums policies as well. Which means less people will see this.

I think "technically", online raffles aren't legal, esp if it's for profit, without going through your(NJ's?) states licensing laws, donating prize money to charity, etc...

Don't worry though, I won't tell anyone.
