I have a lot of store displays from 2004-2007. What are they worth? Some are a Resistance: Fall Of Man "Floor" Display, A "F.E.A.R." (PC version) "Floor" display, Two Mario Kart DS "Floor" displays and a Viewtiful Joe 2 display which is still in its box (Never assembled) I have a lot of more displays that I can't remember but there's a few to get started.

While I can't offer specific prices, I can say that you'll have no problem selling them. The Mario Kart ones will likely fetch more than others.

Even without a concrete "value", they'll still sell. Things like this are great for gamerooms. For instance, although a Resident Evil (let's say, remake) store display may be very common, as it was featured in like xxxxxxxxx gamestops, I'd still be willing to pay to have one, since I'm a huge RE fan.

Unless you have one that's really rare or valuable (with how new they are, I'm inclined to think not), it's just a matter of finding a fan of the game the display is for.

Thanks for the replies. I am interested in selling them since I have so many and they're taking up so much space, Perhaps I'll make a topic in the Buying and Selling section sometime this year once the weather gets better.

I'll upload a few but I have to take them first. Give me a few minutes...

Edit: Here's a link to my Photobucket. By the time you read this they may all be uploaded and named.

I'm interested in what people price these at...a local PnT has some unopened displays that are for sale.

Well here's an eBay search. Nobody on eBay has unopened ones for sale at the moment, At least not in this search.

I'd say 10-20 for each with up to 50 for the mario karts. Due to the large size, it's a bit hard for most collecters to warrent the purchase let alone dedicate the space for them. I've got a few myself and no room at all for displaying them. Personaly, I perfer the smaller boxs and the release posters myself. They boxs tend to be small enough they can be displayed on walls easy and the posters, they can be rolled up easy as well. Good luck selling them though.

I have around 7 - 8 displays right now. I've had others in the past and sold around 7 of them for a minimum of about $20 a piece. I've sold some for as high as $40-$50, which were a Mario Party 8 and a Pokemon (don't remember which version). I think the lowest you could get is $20 a piece.

Generally I try to price them according to how big the game is, if there is a lot of merchandise for the game or not, and how "detailed" the standee is. A good example is Blue Dragon. I would price this around $40, because rpg merchandise tends to be pretty collectible, and the display is pretty involved (lots of parts, good 3D-ness to it). I also have a Frontlines display. This I'd only look to probably get $15 for, because the game didn't really "do well" and the display is only a flat piece of cardboard that stands up; so not as cool as the Blue Dragon one.

Non-assembled ones might go for a bit more, maybe another $10 - $15 on top of an assembled price. So you could sell them in the $35 - $65 range.

Hope this helps a bit. This is just my experience with selling them, so you might be able to get more $$$ out of them. Maybe I'm pricing them too low?

Thanks, This helps me out a lot. I'm not sure when I'll start selling them, Maybe soon if someone wants to drive to the middle of nowhere to get one. I'll consider guitars in trade for them, Depending on the guitar.
