Mass Effect 2 trades in for $56.00 at gamestop

Ok Here is a deal. With gamestop doing the new 50% extra promotion Mass Effect 2 for xbox 360 trades in for $56.00 if you have the edge card. They sell the game for $54.99 - $5.00 for edge = 49.99. Not alot of profit but $6.00 is $6.00.

But if you trade one copy back and forth 100 times, you get $600. You know someone will try this.

Tax in a lot of states absolutely kills the deal. Add to that the fact that many stores limit trades to one copy of a game per day and you are gonna have some gas and time expenses shuttling between stores. So, not really a worthwhile endeavor unless you are in a tax free state and have a good relationship with your local GS manager.

No tax up here and two gamestops within a mile of each other...not going to try it though
