Interested in the OCZ DDR400 Ram. Is it possible to make an offer? What about $35 for both shipped?

A few questions about them, though.

1)2GB total?
2)ECC or non ECC?
3)Backwards compatible with DDR266 and DDR333?
4)Dual Channel config? If so, can it be used seperately?
5)Latencies? Cycles?
6)Model?
