View Full Version : I was actually looking forward to the ebay listing changes...

I liked the idea of free listing fees for things under 1.00. I'd rather pay a higher final value fee and just be able to list my item forever.

But now I actually read it again and I saw this:

Listings with Product Details still 5¢
For your listings in Books, Music, Movies & DVDs and Video Games, the current 5¢ Insertion Fee promotion for listings with Product Details will continue through December 31, 2010. (Anchor Store subscribers will pay the lower 3¢ Insertion Fee for all Fixed Price listings, including those with Product Details, beginning March 30.)

So I have to list everything without product details. Lame :shameful:

Wait, what do you mean "Product Details"? Using the UPC code to show a badly cropped image of the cover and any "features"?

I rarely use that with DVDs.

I rarely use that with DVDs.

That section isn't important, but having it gets you extra search results when people search specifically for your items.

So I have to list everything without product details. Lame :shameful:You would rather pay a higher FVF and list your item forever? Are you insane!? FVFs are already high enough at 15% + PayPal fees.
