This is the PAL version running at 60hz on an NTSC machine it is running at the proper speed, the PAL version was not optimized for PAL systems.

My copy of the MM Repo arrived this week, thanks alot OP! I'll look nice on my shelf and maybe one day will make its way into my Genny.

Except that Argonaut had little to do with the development of StarFox 2 other than Dylan Cuthbert. I doubt the logo would be on there at all.
