Original Xbox Problem

I turn the Xbox on and the light around the eject button blinks orange and green. Initially, the disc tray would have trouble closing, as if it was hitting against something or got stuck on itself. But it doesn't do that anymore. Now, I put in the game fine, I hear a sound like the disc is spinning and it is reading the disc, but nothing comes on the screen and the light around the eject button still blinks orange and green.

Ideas/thoughts?

Yep, this.

That error means the system isn't seeing the AV cable. Check the connection, check the cable for damage, and it may be that the connector itself has broken off inside the console. I've only ever seen that a few times though.
