Good luck, but it is a bit new for that price. On top of that it's still rediculously popular. You could probably get a disc only copy for that much if someone has lost there box and book for some wierd reason.

Bahahahaha!

Sorry man, I could send you a picture of me playing the game naked for $20?

Games going full price for a while, new content comes out next month for it on disk also. And that's going to be $20.

It's worth the $60 though IMHO.

I haven't been following it at all. I've just been hearing good things about it at work & I'm looking for something to replace Gears of War 2. Won't have much time to play it, so I don't want to pay full price. I'll see if I get any decent offers around here & maybe hit the auctions next week.

For some reason Borderlands is not dropping in price. I think it's just got good replay. I am a big fan. I'd pay $35 for a good condition complete copy of BL shipped to a friend just so I can play it online with him.

And I'd pay $10 shipped to me for a new-ish guide. I tend to buy the guides for games I love, even after I've played them to death. Or should I wait for the guide that includes the DLC?

I'm not really a guide fan. First of all, unless it's like an MMO where I need to be as informed as possible in order to keep up with my guild (or whatever), then I don't want any advice what-so-ever before I finish a game. Second, guides become outdated these days. The internet is just so much better.

Clearly the guide is for the collector in me. I could be writing the guide at this point. I doubt I'd even use it much. I should wait for the guide that includes the DLC in some special edition or such.

I can't believe how popular this game is, considering how poor the story is. Gameplay must be everything.

Good luck getting a copy of it.
