Recently purchaced a GameCube game that looked as though all it needed was a good cleaning.
However, after cleaning with alcohol, the spots remain.
The spots are on the surface, not "internally". They are on the data side. I have yet to check if the disc works.
I could have used my buffing machine, but it's not compatible with GameCube discs.
What are these spots? Fungus?
How do I remove these? What solution will work?
