Hi all, I've owned a Game Axe Color for a few months. When I use an AC Adapter (I chose a 9v Genny adapter) there is no picture-- I hear sound though. I am using a pirate Famicom cart in order to test this system, if that makes a difference. Can anyone shed any light on this?

So when you use batteries it works fine?
Also I would love to put a better screen in that thing :) LOL

Actually, I need to test that. I don't happen to have the needed Double As-- well I do, but they're terrible rechargeables. I don't think I even got sound when I used them. Then again, I didn't realize the unit produced sound until I mashed buttons when I had it plugged in. So either way, no picture with batteries (that I know of)
And I'm sure if I had more Famicom games, I'd want you to replace the screen. ;) I'm assuming since this has an A/V out, you could actually do that! LOL.
