We'll have to see how well it works first. The woman gave it to me for $5 because "we haven't used it in a year and a half and it kept crashing so we bought a new one". That basically tells me that a new OS and it's all good, but who knows, it could be heat or anything else. Either way, if any single component for it is good, that's $5 right there. I was pretty damn happy with that.

An almost complete boxed Coleco Gemini (less power supply and rf switch). But i look in my stuff at home and found a compatible PS and a original Coleco RF switch, so it's complete anyway.

and a huge Star Trek Next Generation framework (45 * 25 inches) of the Enterprise D with lot of cool info on the outside and inside of the ship for only 2 $ !

What a crappy week for me. I spent 5 hours going to garage sales and all I found was a Genesis Columns and a hand-held Armor Battle for Mattel. Total spent 1.50.

I scored pretty good today

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3530575267

Even with postage from Canada to the UK, this is one sweeeet deal! I went for surface mail because airmail price was gonna kill me, but I figure I can wait a couple of months to get my mitts on that lot. I've wanted New Zealand Story for ages.

Definitely my best ebay find for a LONG time! Kind of makes up for being holed up in my room all weekend working on assignments.

I picked up a few bits and bobs during the week. Mainly SNES including a console and a few games (including Mario Kart) for £10. Also picked up some SNES games for 30p each (including a US Secret of Mana).

Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter
Suikoden III
Xenosaga

All 3 for $58.08. Best part, they paid me to take the game informer subscription at gamestop. Apparently new users get to use their 10% on the buy 2 get 1 sale, and there was a 10% coupon in the mag that month, so I saved a buck and change to take the $10 sign up fee. Would have been nearly $60 total if I hadn't done that, and now I get 10% off everything else I buy there now =P

Kingdom Hearts w/Guide - $30

Colony Wars: Vengance (sealed) - $2.50

Pretty good week for me =P
