What does flat and scope mean?

they're 35mm trailers and they're just trailers to movies already released or some that havent been realeased. i get some from a friend that works at a movie theatre thats about it. some may have some value someday (not likely) but could b/c i've seen some of these go for as much as 150 dollars on ebay

still kind of pending, i may be interested in a couple but whats the difference in scope and flat.....just curious. i would just keep it to say i have it.....but.....it might help to know the difference.
