Battery Life and Lord of the Dungeon (ColecoVision).

For anyone who owns this game: If you play it infrequently, the battery life appears to be no more than 7 or 8 months. If it dies, then everything is reset completely.

However, playing it- or at least plugging it in and turning ON the power- does charge up the battery somewhat. Therefore, the more you play it, the longer the battery should last. Note that it has more to do with frequency than length; playing the game for a couple of hours several times a week does more than an occaisional marathon game.

Is there a condensed instruction manual for this game anywhere? I DL'ed the one at the Odyssey site and it's like 37 pages long of detailed instructions. I can't imagine them shipping the game with a manual this big or that the game is that complicated.

It is. In fact, I have to add even more to it; the weapons you choose can affect your Armor Class, and your armor can affect your "to hit" bonuses.
