GDC = Game Developer's Conference
Most likely some swag from the 2007 conference. It's a nice piece, but not really worth something unless you find a market for it.

That SNES looks *pristine*, except that it looks like it's missing the AV cable... Beyond that, take a close look at the twist-ties on those plastic bags...if they look really smooth with very little or no wear, odds are decent that you have a new (albeit box opened) SNES, minus the AV cable.
