Found myself a Halo with the GOTY logo on it, but it also happens to be labeled "Not for Resale". Was Halo ever bundled with something? What is its value?

That was part of the Halo Edition XBOX...it was bundled with it. Just recently sold one on eBay for $26 + shipping. It was complete and in OK condition. People usually want it to complete their Halo XBOX edition.

I was just going to ask a similar question about a NFR Halo, except the one I found doesn't have the GOTY markings. Any more pizazz to this one or is it pretty much the same rarity/value?

Can you get a pic? or at least describe where it says NFR?

Was this also a Halo Edition bundle pack-in?

No, that's a copy out of the microsoft employee store. It's a pretty rare variant, for those who collect that sort of thing.
Mind if i ask where you found it?

I found it at a Goodwill in East Hollywood. Thanks for the info; good to know that there *is* a bit of pizazz. :)

MS sold these to people who worked at retailers through their points program as well - take little quizzes about MS products, gain points, redeem for cheap games.

Theres like a bazillion different Halo variants. But most are only in the $10-20 price range.

Just say you work at one in the area and they'll still send you shit, and will never call your employer to confirm.

My buddy had to fax in a pay stub. YMMV I guess ;)
