I have Madden 07 Not For Resale as well as Need For Speed: Most Wanted Not For Resale.
Any idea on what they are worth if anything? Both are just disc only.

Were those pack-ins? I would guess they are pretty common, and probably not worth all that much.

Nope. Kiosks from what I can tell.

Kiosks had their own special discs, they're solid green and have a number designating the quarter they were released... like 1.4.

They are full versions of the games. Marked not for resale, and are most certainly not pack ins. So what are the other options?

Maybe they were purchased from the MS store?

The microsoft store used normal discs, they just changed the artwork on the case. I haven't the slightest idea where these discs came from.

Are they copies given out to the press?

You're right, I totally missed the fact that they were disc only.

There was a bundle with Madden 07, but I don't think that came as NFR.
I know that there is a Madden 10 NFR that came with a paid subscription to Sports Illustrated - maybe another similar promotion?

Madden was given out as a freebie when you signed up for sports illustrated. Need for Speed may have been as well, i'm not sure. I don't know, i'd kind of prefer the football phone they used to give out...
