Well, I sold off my copy of Radiant Silvergun and now I am looking to buy a copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga (US Version). I do not need super minty perfect, but a complete really good condition players copy would suffice. I have paypal monies sitting there waiting for your offer.

Notoriusvig had one on here not too long ago and pretty cheap, too (around $150, I think). I messaged him about it and he never got back to me, so I don't know if he's on here anymore. But, I had to resort to ebay to get mine, so best of luck to you man!
