Does anyone know for sure who published and developed Sylvester and Tweety for the Genesis? Time Warner and TecMagik are often given credit as the publisher (or co-publishers) while TecMagic and Alexandria are often given credit as the developer (co-developers). The box, manual, and game itself are unclear on who did what.

Which version? NTSC?

Looking at the PAL version on MobyGames, TecMagik is the developer and Time Warner Interactive is the publisher.
