Coleco Gemini Sound I Voice Module

Behind the box of a Coleco Gemini i have here, there this unit who looked like a answering machine but the description tell me this was suppose to be the Coleco Kid Vid before it become a tape deck.

I can't find anything in the DP about it (i mean in the prototype section because IF this is really was suppose to be the Kid Vid).

I wonder why they change it because it look very cool.

I only know of 2 games that EVER worked with that, and there both
Smurf titles.
