No, it hasn't been announced, unfortunately, but who else would be interested in seeing this announced? This thread could also always be used if the game if ever announced so hey :P.
Anyways. Not sure if anyone has played Kessen 2, but I've always hoped that one day Romance of the Three Kingdoms would switch from their standard turn based battles, to real time battles like in Kessen 2 in their later releases. Then back during the monthly phases, it would play like a traditional RotK. Since we're next gen I'd want to see something like this.
Nobunaga's Ambition Rise to Power is basically the Japanese version of RotK but it has real time battles(also on PS2.)
