Updated the list with a few more wants. As far as prices are concerned, I would be willing to pay (for most games) $1 for manuals, $1 for cases ($2 for both). Of course, it depends on the game. For example, I'm willing to pay $10 for a Gunstar Heroes case and $12 for a Phantasy Star IV box and manual set in nice condition.
