Ultimate Spiderman Special Edition

I was in a gamestore the other day and spotted a holographic special edition Ultimate Spiderman for the PS2. Not being a PS2 owner I passed it up, but I'm wondering if the special edition was released on Gamecube and Xbox. The price tag was 17.99. What's the value range on this product?

Its ps2 only. Unless its sealed, then 18 is a bad price for it.
