Question about a n64 game...

Its a question about Worms Armageddon for 64. It seems there are two different labels. One has the same picture as the box art (picture (http://www.retroscene.co.uk/prodimages/n64/worms_armageddon.jpg)) and the other is just black with the title (picture (http://cgi.ebay.com/worms-armageddon-nintendo-64_W0QQitemZ220579392517QQcmdZViewItemQQptZVideo_G ames_Games?hash=item335b8e6c05)). Was wondering if one is more rare/valuable than the other? I didn't even know there were two different labels until today. Thanks in advance. Is one PAL/Japan or something?

I don't know anything about that title but I have seen two different labels for Star Fox 64 as well and wonder the same thing about it.

EDIT: Never mind it was just a region difference. Also I remember seeing different art in a game magazine but it must have been not the final release.

The cart with just the title is the NTSC version and the cart with the artwork is the PAL version.
