Ebay Fee Changes - Can't Upgrade Without Credit Card?

So right now i have a basic store. What I want to do is change from basic to premium. I've clicked upgrade but it says I don't meet the requirements because I don't have a credit card on file. Anyone know how I can add one?

I've had my mastercard registered on paypal for a LONG time ( how else would i be selling on ebay? )

If anyone could help me make the upgrade ide appreciate and help.

Oh, wait, STORE, sorry.

The only advice I can offer is calling eBay to get this straightened out. Maybe your credit card is not considered a valid one because it's bank issued or something.

Any idea what number I should be calling? Their help tab doesn't have any actual number. Just a search engine with pre made responses to common problems.

EDIT: Talked to someone on ebay and got things sorted out so you can go ahead and delete this topic if you want.

I got the same problem when opening a store a couple weeks ago, one of the CSR in the live chat helped me out.
