They are being sold for 50 on Ebay new, but are they any good? It says it is compatible with Pro-Action Replay codes. I want to know if any one knows any thing about it. I'm not asking if they are worth money, i just want to know if they work and stuff.

I don't have any personal experience of them, but Googling indicates that they're most likely a rebranding of the X-TERMINATOR (or maybe it's the other way around).

It looks to have miles better build quality than the Action Replays, and, according to a thread I found on Google, you can use it (like an Action Replay) as an NTSC/NTSC-J<->PAL converter as well. Now I wish I didn't have an Action Replay, as I might like one of these as well...

It's similar to the PAR1: it supports up to 8 cheats at once, has a built-in code finder, and can be used as a PAL/NTSC converter. Most codes it uses start with 7E/7F (RAM cheats), same as the PAR.
Yes, it was sold in the UK and Japan as the X-Terminator.

Would this be better than a SNES Game GENIE?

Also, it does have the full pin connector unlike the Game Genie, so at least some special chip games such as Starfox should work. (though, IIRC, Super Mario RPG isn't because of the SA-1, and boots directly to the game instead of the cheat entry menu)
Game Genie doesn't support 7E/7F RAM cheats, so the Game Wizard has another advantage there, too.
The important thing is to check the various code sites and compare the available GG and PAR codes for the game(s).
