Ok, so I've used the DP rarity guide and Rarityguide.org site to figure the value of my collection. There's a big diffrerence! According to DP Guide my SNES games are valued at 162 Dollars Total. But, RarityGuide.Org says that my collection is worth 336 dollars? Which one should I trust?! Here is a list of my games, they're all loose. And, the stuff in parentheses is just what the rarityguide site tells me about each game.

Most of those prices are way off. Just use Ebay.

Neither. Use eBay completed listings or Amazon marketplace prices.

I see price guides are completely pointless, because they have to be constantly updated, when there are two that are automatically updated and straight from the source.

i wish I could sell donkey kong country for 24$
i'm not a creepy reseller by any means, but I'd sell a couple of my loose copies for that much ;-)

(hell I was hard pressed to pay 10$ for a gem mint boxed copy)

Rarityguide.com could be the most useless rarity/price guide site out there. It's basically for people who know absolutely nothing about the value of their games. I'd avoid it like the plague.

My thoughts exactly since I have 3 loose copies.

$24 would be a good estimate for a CIB value.

Nice collection there, but you're missing Super Metroid.

Agreed. Who in their right mind would pay $8 for Bubsy?

They have Dracula X and Ninja Gaiden Trilogy in ranked rarity over Aero Fighters? LMAO

Values on the higher end are better than low too. They have dirt common sports titles listed between $3-5... More like ~$1, $2 if you're lucky, is what you can get for them. Repro fodder at best.

I would say use the online rarity guide because it updates every month or so.I would say just ask yourself, if you are will to pay for your collection all over agian.During this day and age prices for any collectable is hard too tell. It's all about timing when selling your stuff. :)

hope this helps
