Buy/Sell Thread available after 10 days?

I have retro games and consoles for sale and I was told that the Buy/Sell Thread would appear 10 days after registration. My 10th days is tomorrow. So, after I log in, the Buy/Sell Thread would be available, is this correct?

Yes, when you sign in, go to the forums and you will see the buying/selling area in the marketplace section.
