That guy in the video sucks really bad at Mario Kart. I wonder if it's because he's in a large thrashing kart pod while playing the game.

F-Zero AX on the Triforce Hardware. There weren't that many in the US, but they were around. Playing them made those character unlocks quite a bit easier too.
Also F-Zero from the "Nintendo Super System" SNES-n-an-arcade-cabinet line.
Uh, the karts only move on two axis. There is no reason for the physical kart to tilt in any direction. Now if this were MK Wii or 64, maybe.

No, it looks like the guy just sucks at it. He messes up even when the kart isn't moving him.
