Sonic Adventure 2 Demo?

I see a demo disc for Sonic Adventure 2 came with Phantasy Star Online. How was this packaged? I have PSO for the DC and I do not see a spot for an additional disc.

PSO originally came in a 2 disc case. I'm guessing your PSO doesn't have a little serial code sticker on the CD tray, that would be another giveaway that it's not in the original case.

If I'm not mistaken, the one that came with the Sonic Adventure 2 Demo didn't have a code because online play was still free at that point. Version 2 is when they added the code and removed the demo.

A Sonic Adventure 2 demo was also included with a Not For Resale Sonic Adventure in a Dreamcast bundle.

You've got it backwards. Version 2 doesn't need a serial code because they started charging for online play. Version 1 has a serial code for the purpose of registering your copy, to enable free online play.

... Really? I could've sworn my copy of PSOv2 HAS a serial code.

I could be wrong and they both have a code, but v1 definitely has a code because I checked my copy.
