Yes, on escapist magazine they are doing a top developers mayhem thing wheres they let viewers vote on their fav developer. It's one of the last rounds and so far Zynga makers of such classic games such as, Farmville, Mafia Wars, ect. They beat Square Enix and Rockstar, yes Farmville>FF and GTA.

All life as we know it will explode if Zynga beats Valve AND Blizzard or BioWare.

I dunno, Zynga makes some pretty fun games. Valve has just been cockteasing us since 1998. I'm not real fond of their support for consoles either. Valve has completely butchered the idea of eposodic gaming.

Tough choice, but I voted Valve because they're on good terms with their fans. Sure, episode 3 is taking forever, but they're still releasing free updates to TF2 which came out in 07!

Unless you dropped $60 on either the Xbox or the PS3 version... then they won't even release patches for the broken gameplay. Sorry, you bought the wrong version of the game for $60, we're not even going to patch game breaking bugs.

Microsoft and Sony won't let Valve release free content. They said they were gonna wait until all of the class updates were released before they brought it to the xbox, and they had some reason why it would never come to PS3 but I forgot what it was.

Valve is a PC developer first.

A patch isn't exactly "content", and patches are made available for free for many games. They are, in fact, allowed.

Ea made those ports as well , its also ea's responsiblity as well. Most people know better not to play the console ports of team fortress 2 , companies quarrels with microsoft and ea have kept it from getting updated and the game is a hacked mess.

EA only made the PS3 port, and they did so being paid by valve. I would still think it's valve's responsibility to handle any patches after the game launched. The "Oh, it's too expensive for us to write a patch to make the game you paid for work, so fuck you" answer doesn't fly well with me.

If valve isn't capable of handling the console ecosystem, they shouldn't have taken my $60. I'm not sure you understand how broken this game is on the consoles, TF2 literally unplayable.

At this point I seriously doubt they're going to bring the updates to the Xbox either. The game is so broken and so few people play it that it's just not worthwhile. I know i certainly won't be rewarding them with a purchase, they've fucked over console owners for the last 3 years.
