Sega CDX

I'm looking for a CDX. . . and I of course don't want overpay for one.

What's the going rate on the CDX right now? The one's on eBay are all $250 - $299, which seems a bit high. A local game shop has one for $120 (I think).

I would say $90~$120. I sold one not to long ago for $110 shipped with two controllers and hook-ups only.

Yeah I'd say between $100 and $150 would be a fair price for one. You might luck out and find one cheaper, but those are the "I can't wait around all damn year" prices you should expect to pay.

I got mine in a thrift shop for $15. Sorry, I just like whipping out that story whenever I can :P. It was completely loose, but even those seem to go for $50-$60!

I'd say the on in your gam estore is probably fairly priced. it seems that on Ebay they sell with the essential for $100-$150 as other quoted. The cheapest sold was for $104 all together. Of course with your game store you can probably be sure everything will work, so that extra $16 + tax may be worth shelling out if you want a CDX.

I may just pick up the one at the gamestore. It's in really nice shape and I know it works.

I got an X'eye on eBay that was DOA. So I might be a bit safer to get it in person.
