If a company does cough up a game based on this, it'd be interesting to see what kind of game it'd be based on the franchise's demographic. An open world-ish style game like "Bully" but more linear and streamlined? An adventure on DS kinda like a "Hotel Dusk"?

I'd love to come up with something a bit more cheeky, but I've never seen the films. All I know is that it's got emo vampires (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1glNuQiE77E) and they are, as my little sister says, "pretty".

This sounds like someone trying to shop out the rights more than anything. I'm sure Stephanie Meyer's empire is demanding way more than would realistically make this game viable - if the premise even allowed for a game.

I picture it more as a Super Mario parody. Except in this one you jump down the first pit you can find.

See, this is the kind of situation that could bring the visual novel genre to the US mainstream. As godawful as it sounds, I'm sure it would make for decent dating sim material.

Then again, I've never read or seen the series. What do I know?
