How to Tel if XBOX Game Plays Without XBOX

So I just bought a lot of xbox games for close to nothing. Problem is I don't own an original xbox to test if they work. Is there any way to test an xbox game without one? My DVD drive doesn't seem to want to rip them.

Are they really dirty or scratched up? I would say as long as the discs are clean and not heavily scratched, there is a 99% chance they will work. Where did you buy them from?

You can use PCCheck, I believe, to tell whether or not they'll read.

I'm not sure you can, since the xbox uses a fake table of contents at the beginning of the disc. It may just check that the dvd video portion works and not the game data itself.

That would be good knowledge to know, as I know some people that use PCCheck for all of their game disks.
