Dreamcast GEIST

I was looking through and old Game Informer #73(JUNE 1999) and it listed the launchg titles for the Dreamcast. One game listed and previewed as 65% complete was a game called GEIST "The Emotional Shooter". 5 Levels and Hundreds of Miles of Terrain , Full 3d 5 different relationship outcomes and 2 different endings.
