This one is a toss up for me, but I'm gonna say Mega Man 6. I just love the design of that game (levels, enemies, bosses). Got to love Blizzard Man.

Voted for MM6. Can Rockman & Forte/Megaman and Bass be added to to the next poll? It does technically have a regular series number, it's called Rock 8.5 in it's source code :)
