The Hypermechanical Bio-DP Game Generator (tm) has randomly chosen the Dreamcast game Virtual On.
I remember the first time I played this series, on the Saturn... I couldn't figure out how they could call THIS a mech game. Everything moves so FAST! Up to that time I had associated mech games with slow, plodding, tank-like gigantors. Not anymore.
What do you think of the game... or even the series as a whole? Do you play it with the twin sticks? What are your strategies? How does Virtual On compare to other mech games you've played? Write your mini-review here.
DP Guide sez:
Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram (Dreamcast, by Activision) $15/R3
Developed by Hitmaker. Based on the 1998 Sega coin-op. Action/Mech Battle/Sim. Released 06/01/00.
