Today (4/10) through monday, Steam is letting everyone with a PC play some MW2 Multiplayer mode.
If you've got the client installed, check your list of games, it should be avalible.

I already have it on 360, I'll still download it though. So is it like where I can only play it for a few days or will I be able to keep it after this weekend is over?

Only for the weekend, unfortunately.
I have yet to play it on any platform, so this makes me quite happy.
And I'm currently downloading it. It says Multiplayer... I hope it includes the single AND multiplayer versions, and not just the multiplayer.
*updated - it's multiplayer only.
