WTB a cheap PS1 system & Genesis system

EDIT: Got a PS1 already.

I'm hoping to only need to spend about $10-$15 if I can help it. I have a ton of old games that just need a system to pair them with.

Same goes for the Sega Genesis, either of the more common models will do but I need a controller with this one.
