PS3 with games

I recently purchased a 60gb Ps3 to resell but I like the 60gb much better so I'm instead selling my 40gb Ps3.

It's a 40gb CechG01 model with it's original 40gb drive. It's warranty seal is intact. System has no problems and never gave me any problems in the year I've owned it.

Included:

-Ps3 40gb System (Power, AV cables)
-2x wired Mad Catz wired controllers
-HDMI cable (supports 720p and 1080i not 1080p)
-Devil May Cry 4
-Motor Storm (NFR version)

I am hoping for around 200$ (175$ specific) for the whole thing. Is that too high?

That's not too bad, the only thing that really hurts is the lack of any 1st-party controllers.
