Yesterday I recorded a podcast roundtable with three veteran programmers from Tengen, all of whom programmed NES games. We went off-topic a bit but all in all I think the session went well. It might be of particular interest for its discussion of several unreleased games, including Hard Drivin' and Police Academy. Download it here:

Tsk tsk tsk, you blog for that soon-to-be-dead website that Tina Sanchez is killing with her ego.

Get some class if you want to stick around here.
Awesome podcast! Great to hear from these guys after going through all the Tengen NES ports for RTM.

Are you aware that he writes blogs for 1up.com? Have you ever dealt with their community? The people there are the ones who are classless. I show class and dignity to them and they curse me out and call me all sorts of names in return. Perhaps you need to pay their message boards a visit and see where I'm coming from.

I've actually met a bunch of them at a bar while they were down here in San Diego for Comic-Con last year. I thought they were all cool people, but didn't care much for my classic gaming talk. :( Oh well, maybe I'll see them again this year.

Are you aware that TRE has been here for many years, contributed countless hours helping people get protos/betas dumped and out to the masses and gaming history and preservation is his forte? That he runs a site dedicated to that stuff as well? Sounds like total douchebaggery to me. To lump a writer into a forums 'mass' is pretty petty. Have you been to GameFAQs? They might be up your alley.

This isn't 1up.com. This is Digital Press.
Stop acting like the people you're complaining about.

You're right, insulting someone's workplace and by extension his work is the definition of class.

Love me some Retronauts. I thought the PAX panel on game collecting was very entertaining.

Great episode, Frank. And stop researching so much or your co-workers will put you down.
