Buying a Sega CD from UK to Australia

I found a few sellers able to sell a Sega CD to Australia for cheaper including postage than some sellers here in Australia however I was wondering how the conversion works.

I am guessing their systems are also the PAL system so that shouldnt be a problem however how does the power conversion work? A few sellers here have a Sega CD AC adaptor for sale do these plug straight into a UK model?

Are any other power adaptors work with the Sega CD and Megadrive unit itself also?

Australian power adapters will work fine on any model Sega cd/Mega Cd/Mega Drive/Genesis.

Although model 1 and model 2 genesis/megadrive power plugs are different sega cd/mega cd models 1 and 2 both use the megadrive 1/genesis 1 power plug.
