MySims PC game is not saving

Help, everytime I quit out of the game, it doesnt retain save data.

Can someone please help as its pissing the shit out of me.:bad-words::bad-words:

Did you email EA support? From what I heard from various forum, you need to logon as Admin in Vista.

2 Things to try:

1.) As mentioned above, set the game to "Run as Administrator" in preferences.

2.) If you use AVG Anti-Virus, add an exception in the Resident Shield for your save directory.
