Sounds way too cheap to me, but maybe its not? I mean this is a bigtime seller and he has almost 100 % positive feedback:

So should I trust this guy if he says its an authentic Nintendo release? And how would I be able to tell if the product is fake/Chinese for instance, is it always noticable?

If it is legit, remember to tell the seller to ship in a box, else he will use a bubble mailer.

The seller is legit I bought 2 sealed copies from in at the beginning of the year. Yeah tell the seller to use a box...the retard but my games in a bubble mailer and they came back smushed. :(

Man i want that game. Theyre really selling it for VERY cheap and especially in Europe this game has become very rare. Is there no one else who wants it as well and is able to buy one for me at the same time??

Hmm the only other guy selling it at ebay.com asks 70 dollars for it and the japanese one seems to be going for 70-80. I know that in Europe you could ask way more for a sealed copy of this game even as secondhand copies with missing boxes are even going for 30-40 euro (40-50 dollars or so).

Then don't buy it on Ebay. If no one else is offering a sealed copy, then the seller who has one can ask any crazy amount they want. It won't sell at that price, but they can do it.
