This new ddr has a new eight button game mode. This mode has the stander four arrows plus the pump it up arrows not including the center button add to it. They're rebooting the franchise? Keeping the craptacular 3D dancers and environments? And adding expensive DLC that nobody will ever buy, like what happened with their recent Karaoke Revolution game? Just because it worked for Rock Band does not mean it'll work for them...
Now I remember why I don't buy these games anymore.

150 tracks from previous DDR games? I'll wait for a track list before deciding.
If they have any of the old JPOP songs or at least any harkening back to olden times with the original mixes, I might consider it. I miss listening to Naoki and Captain Jack.

The licensed songs are always the worst part of any DDR US game. Just wish Konami would leave them out altogether and stick with Bemani artists only.
It'd be great if Konami would patch things up with the Dancemania people so they could use their songs again but that'll never happen. 4th Mix Plus was the greatest DDR ever.

Yes, but the steps didn't go well when you used songs from a cd or your own custom made song.

That and the fact that they reversed the arrow positions made it almost unplayable for me on the harder levels.
