Are any of the Japanese Dokapon games worth playing?

I've been playing Dokapon Kingdom for the PS2 and really enjoying it. So I was wondering if any of the other Dokapon games are any good? Are the ones for Super Famicom multiplayer? Can you play them without understanding Japanese?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
