Just wondering since I saw this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Lunar-Silver-Star-Story-Complete-Four-Disc-Collect-/120558856629?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item1c11de29b5

There is a note in there saying that the item is on hold and to please not bid. Can this officially be done? If not, could someone jump in there and the seller would have to allow their bid? Seeing as how the seller has zero feedback, I figure that someone may not know the ropes.

Nope, this seller doesn't have a clue. You used to be able to set up an auction that can only be bid on by pre-approved bidders, but since ebay moved everything around, I can't find it.

<places bid> *NOPE, no such thing as being "On Hold" If you want to hold a listing you need to end it and re-list when you are ready to sell. Funny the "On Hold" message is in the subtitle line of the listing.
