As I was checking eBay I noticed this complete copy of Artillery Duel (Non double ender version) Went for freakin' $343 in an auction recently! I've no doubt this is mainly for the box but what would a copy with the manual fetch?

Atari2600.com has a price guide that has the cart alone listed at $16.49. You'd probably get more with the manual. A CIB one normally goes between $100 and $150. That price is crazy that you mentioned but you always get the odd time where something spikes. People are getting tax refunds around now and this may be an example of that.
