Come in costume and get in for free (REAL costumes only)! Also, prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd as well as a "best retro-themed".

Is there any policy at the hotel or the expo regarding weapons for characters? (swords, knives, broken bats...)

Please, SOMEONE bring a giant cardboard box and paint it yellow, place a magnetic strip across the front and bring a bridge, a sword and a chalise.
Not that I've thought this out or anything.

Oh man, you really want me to come in my Full body Sonic suit, don't you Joe.
Can I still get some type of nametag even though it will be pretty apparent that a guy named SegaAges is dressed as Sonic?
It is decided. I am going in my Sonic suit.
I was seriously going to buy my ticket this Friday, but I am 100% serious that I am going to come as Sonic (I already have my plane ticket), can I for real get a nametag anyway for myself?
Yeah, I do not think that the people at the door will need to determine whether or not I am in costume.
The suit is hotter than hell, so I may not wear the Sonic head the entire time and walk around holding it, but the rest of me will be Sonic. Also, I know that Vegas will be crazy hot, you guys going to have some type of badass AC going? If not, for a free ticket, I will be willing to sweat it out either way.
EDIT: Because of airline restrictions, I may not be able to bring my massive Sonic head, but I am bringing the suit itself for sure.
Yeah, I probably won't bring my huge Sonic head to wear just because it sucks to see out of that thing and I really want to take everything in from CGE and not just be the massive Sonic guy walking around (well, I will end up being that anyway, but at least I can see better)
