Broken Sega CD Model 1

I have a Model 1 Sega CD (sits under the Genesis) that hooks up and shows the screen fine, but can't read any CDs. My guess is that a really good cleaning, or maybe a new laser assembly would fix this, but I don't have the know how to do it myself. If anyone is interested in a small trade for this let me know.

I should have specified before... I'm interested in most everything, but am concentrating on boxed SMS, TG16 w/ cases, TG16 CD, NES, Dreamcast, and N64. I'm especially interested in a good Turbo Duo stick too. You have a tradelist?

Man oh Man . My trade list would be entirely too much for me to type. ( I'm a pecker - on the keyboard people )
I have lot's of Nes N64 SNES Genesis SMS PS1 Games. The NES SNES and N64 are mostly cart only and the PS1 Genesis and SMS are mostly complete. I also have Genesis , SMS , NES, SNES, PS1 , PS2, N64, Tg-16 systems.
Let me know some specific games you're looking for.

I've got a Nec brand TurboStick ... is that what you're needing?

That would be half of it... in their infinite wisdon, NEC made TG16 and turbo duo controllers incompatible, so I'd need a converter, but I'd definitely be interested. That is the arcade style stick right?

I'll try to get a needlist together later tonight.
