Alright, I want to import(or pick up some when I go to Japan) some games,
mainly ones that would be considered the best to import. Here are the systems I need some
reccomendations for:
Super Famicom
N64
Gamecube
Game Boy/Color
GBA
DS
Also, I am not fluent enough in japanese to play a game comfortably,
so text heavy games should not be included.
PAL games welcome
Thanks for any and all replies!

Gameplay wise, I think Super Genjin 2 (Super Bonk 2, a Japan only release) was a great game. Since I'm unsure of how to import, I played through it via emulation and had a great time with it. It's pretty similar to previous entries in the series, but at the time I was an addict to this series and had to play EVERY game in the series.

I'm going to have to recommend Sin & Punishment for the N64.
it plays a lot like starfox, but you're a person, not a spaceship (most of the time)
and, as a plus, the game has english voice acting, so you can have a clue as to what's going on!

Sufami:
Ys V (text heavy but most of it is unnecessary in order to play it)
DoReMi Fantasy
Ghost Sweeper Mikami
Violinist no Hameln
Psycho Dream
No idea about the other systems, I mainly collect/play RPGs.

Yes, I second this. Super Bonk 2 is an amazingly refreshing game with fantastic graphics and music! I highly recommend picking this up as it can be found, CIB, pretty cheap! I would also look out for:
Parodius Da!
Gokujou Parodius
Twinbee Rainbow Bell Adventure (a fun 2-player platformer that kinda plays like Rocket Knight Adventures!)
Ganbare Goemon Kirakira Douchuu (the 4th SNES/SFC entry in the Legend of Mystical Ninja series and by far the best one!)
All of these games can be played without knowledge of Japanese. Goemon does have some minor puzzles, but it's nothing that's going to keep you from advancing. If you're importing, definitely shop around before buying and try to buy directly from someone in Japan. Some stateside sellers seem to think that 'import+old system=rare' and price accordingly so. There are actually some great sellers on ebay from Japan that sell alot of these games for dirt cheap and in great condition.

Wait, which are you going to do? There's a big difference, you know.
Super Famicom
Along with stuff already mentioned:
Sutte Hakkun (if you can find it O_o)
Umihara Kawase
GBA
DS
I have around 20 Japanese games for each of these systems, and almost none of them are both Japan exclusives and not text-heavy. The only stuff I could come up with were Kunio-kun Nekketsu Collection 1 for the GBA, but that's just two emulated Famicom games (including what would be localized as Super Dodge Ball for the NES) and the Illust Logic titles for the DS (Picross games without the branding).

There are a fair number of Japanese titles on both these systems that are playable without Japanese.
On GBA there's the Stafy series, Rhythm Tengoku, Kururin Paradise, Metalgun Slinger.
On DS there's a load of rhythm games: the Ouendan games, Taiko No Tetsujin games, Utacchi, Band Brothers games, Rhythm Tengoku Gold.
Chousoujyuu Mecha MG doesn't need much Japanese knowledge, although the add-on parts will be hard to use without an FAQ.
I'm sure there's plenty more that I don't have too.

Oh yeah, forgot about Taiko no Tatsujin DS (not tetsujin, btw), cuz it's in my DS's case rather than with all my other games. :P
Parodius Duh!
